Welcome to my blog!
I am so glad you have stopped by to see my very first post.
Well, not my very first.
I used to post photography at my {personal blog}.

Now, I’ve decided it needs a place of it’s own.

And I’ve decided to start off by showing you one of my favorite things in the whole world. Baby smiles. Oh yes.
To capture the smile of a child on camera.

There is nothing like it.

This one just happens to be my own child. So I could be a bit partial.  I believe he is pretty handsome!

This guy happend to be squirmy and un-cooperative when trying to take a passport photo.  Try to get a baby NOT to smile, to sit straight faced against a white background…not moving…it was interesting to say the least.

And I thought about editing out the little scratch under his eye. Or his drool. But honestly, I love capturing him just how he is. I want to remember it! If I were hanging it on my wall, I might take it out. But, goodness, I want to remember how his nails grew so fast that we couldn’t cut them fast enough..he would always scratch himself.  Or how he started drooling at two months. Teething much?!  These are memories that photographs capture. I’m so happy that I am preserving them!
